While not a complete vegan shop, Jack’s Cafe has a competitive vegan menu.
Located at 669 Westwood Ave, River Vale, NJ 07675, Jack’s Cafe features both vegan breakfast and lunch. You can find their menu on their website here.
I personally had the Chipotle Chicken Bakin sandwich and I enjoyed it so much that I’m sure I’ll be making a trip back to River Vale just to go to Jack’s. This was my first experience with any of Thrilling Foods products and I wasn’t disappointed in their bacon. I prefer Light Life’s price point, but Thrilling Bakon probably wins out in the flavor category.
I thought the patty might be Gardein’s Ultimate Plant-Based Chick’n Filet, but I can’t say for sure. It was certainly very good!
My family also had the Chicken and Waffle as well as the pancakes (both include powdered sugar and choice of pancake syrup) and reported positive results.
