You never know when you’re going to find an accidently vegan item at Trader Joe’s. Hotteok, as the packaging explains, is a traditional Korean street snack.
As per the directions, I defrosted them on the microwave and finished them off on the stove top. Very happy with how they came out. Definitely follow the directions!
They are super tasty but not overwhelming. I look forward to having them on holidays with family.
