Impossible Sliders at White Castle in Little Ferry, NJ

This isn’t news – in fact, I think White Castle has had Impossible Sliders since 2018, but it’s worth mentioning. And if you haven’t had them yet, then the thing you’re probably wondering is how do they taste?

I mean… It’s a slider at White Castle. How do you THINK they taste?

The first thing you need to know is the default Impossible Slider comes with DAIRY CHEESE, so you’ll have to ask for no cheese when you place your order.

So that’s…a choice somebody made. A weird choice.

Onions and pickles come with the slider, but there are a number of customization options, some of which are free – others are not. (Lettuce and tomato are extra.)

Look, this isn’t anything to write home about, but as for me, I’m glad they exist. Something about this White Castle impossible burger on this bun with onions and pickles (and maybe some ketchup) just does it for me.

I don’t go often, but I’m always glad when I do.
