I’d always meant for my grocery trips to be a regular part of this site, but somehow, I never seem to remember to do it. Hopefully, this will be the first of many posts featuring products available on a given day at Stop & Shop, ShopRite, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Target and anywhere else I find food.
Just Egg has been in stock a lot lately, but never on sale. The standard price is just a bit too high.

Pretty sure that’s a decent price for those light life hot dogs. If you zoom in at top, you’ll see that’s a slightly below average price for that field roast sausage, which is one of my personal favorites.
Just as a quickest aside, Stop & Shop is one of many stores where you’ll find vegan cheese in both the fruit and veggie aisles as well as in the dairy section.

You’ll find a few on sale items of the Impossible Meat variety, but I’m a Beyond Meat person.

Tasty bite has a lot of vegan options, but tread carefully, some of their products are vegetarian and not necessarily vegan.

I love the spicy sweet chili Doritos, pretty sure they’re the only North American vegan Doritos option, but that 5.49 is not a sale price. I’m holding out for a two for six deal. Quick Check used to run that a lot…

I prefer Tofutti sour cream, but Violife sour cream is on sale in case you are interested. Pretty sure stop & shop does not carry tofutti products – or at least the Teaneck location doesn’t.

Pretty sure three for 10 on Lay’s limon chips is a good deal, but might need to check the unit price.

Not my favorite vegan cream cheese options – again, I prefer a one of tofutti’s cream cheese options, but Philadelphia plant-based original cream cheese is in stock if you want it. I find it to be a little expensive and it has a biting sour taste that is not my favorite.

Lots of so delicious and silk vegan yogurt is in stock.

A quick look at what’s in the vegan fridge.

Lots of hummus options…

Stop & shop usually has the vans vegan and gluten free pancakes and waffles available.

Lots of Amy’s stuff in stock, but remember that it’s not all vegan.

Stop & shop always has a lot of plant-based milks to choose from, but if you’re a soy milk person like me, they don’t have a lot of options.

The kosher aisle at stop & shop is a vegan treasure trove of options. Check out the Doritos they import from Israel, they’re fascinating. Endless snacks to be found here!

Stop & shop also has a pretty good plant-based ice cream and novelty game including a house brand.

Don’t forget to check out the kosher Frozen section, there’s all kinds of stuff to find including falafel sandwich makings.
That’s all for now. I’ll drop some more photos the next time I’m at the store.
