I love the smell of vegan pizza in the evening. It smells like… animal rights. Or a better environment. Or both.
Anyway, Donna Pizza in Saddle Brook New Jersey has very tasty vegan options. Besides the fact that they have some of the tastiest eggplant you’re ever going to have, they have the vegan cheese. They have it! What is it? Who is their supplier? I have no idea! But it’s wonderful.
(A rare opportunity for an appropriate eggplant emoji. Let’s not pass this up! 🍆)
Here’s their vegan stromboli. It’s tasty, it’s filled with cheese and it comes with a side of sauce. What else do you have to know? Nothing. Just eat it!
I know this photo of their vegan eggplant parmesan sandwich might not look fantastic, but it tastes amazing. I highly recommend it. Why is there eggplant so good? I don’t know. Do they marinate it? Is it how it’s prepared? I couldn’t tell you.
I love a good broccoli rabe and man, this is a good one. Put some green on your plate!
Um, yeah, they have vegan pepperoni. This will become a staple of my house. The sigil of our family. A vegan pepperoni pizza. Put it on a flag.
