I’ve got to say, Kibo Chickpea Chips really exceeded my expectations. I don’t know what I necessarily expected, but this pico de gallo flavor is pretty great. I don’t know why I thought chickpea seemed to be an unlikely base for a chip – I love falafel, hummus – clearly I’m down with the chickpea.
