So here we are. Vegan croissants.
Now vegan croissants have been available for years, I just haven’t been able to find them in Bergen County, New Jersey. They’re so available in London that you can get them FILLED WITH CHOCOLATE. (Man, they are living LIFE over there.) But the future is NOW!
I know there are only two in the box shown, but Whole Foods Paramus sells them in a four pack. When we got them the other day, the pack was $7, but they’re on sale today for $4.73. WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE!
But how do they taste? Well, I can’t remember the last time I had a big ol’ croissant, but I’d have to say that WF’s offering is pretty great! We pop them in a the toaster for a minute or so, add some margarine and we’re good to go – they’re good right out of the box, too.
Do other Whole Foods Markets carry the precious vegan croissants? I have no idea. They might! In fact, they probably do – that’s the way corporations usually do stuff, right? Here’s a link to Amazon you can check.
Can you get vegan croissant in your neighborhood? How are they? Please let me know!
